Chocolate minute mug cake

Are you craving something sweet? Perhaps you are looking for a quick and fun gift idea? Try this! We each got a "chocolate minute mug cake" from our dear friend Suzette for Christmas. It consisted of a very nice mug, and in it we found a ziploc bag with dry ingredients, and an attached to it was a card with the ingredients and directions on how to finish making this delicious treat. Who doesn't need a treat like that every now and then, especially while you are being creative? You should try it, it's so easy!

This is what you need:
1 coffee mug
dry ingredients to put in a ziploc bag (4 tablespoons flour, 4 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons baking cocoa, 3 tablespoons chocolate chips) * If you are making this for yourself, of course you can skip the ziploc bag...

1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
Small splash of vanilla

Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well (this is what you can put in the ziploc bag). Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk, oil and vanilla and mix again. Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, so don't be alarmed. Allow to cool, and tip out onto a plate if desired. Or just dig in with a spoon! EAT and ENJOY!
